Learners will then have the opportunity to create their own web quest. Learners are asked to come prepared with lesson ideas that they can change into a web quest.
Geared truly for the beginner!! We will be introducing Microsoft Publisher and showing examples of student created work, and how you can incorporate Publisher in your classroom and personal life. Participants will have the opportunity to create a document themselves.(K-12)
During this session, we will examine a variety of websites and resources specifically geared toward elementary teachers. Participants will also have the opportunity to explore these resources and determine how to best use them in their own classrooms.

Join me for a session to learn more about some Project Based Activities I have used (purchased) and one or two I have developed myself. You will also learn about E-Missions Project-Based Simulations that will have your students using math and/or science skills with Video Conferencing Technology. We will be hooking up with E-Missions and taking a look at some of these exciting Problem-Based Simulations. If you like you can bring some Project-Based Activities to share.
Focusing on the memoir Night by Elie Wisel, the presenter will be demonstrating how the use of technology in working with literature can enhance the reading and interest of students.
